Please contact DB Software Associates for detailed pricing information. Program pricing depends on the number of concurrent network users desired, and the support option chosen.
GRIP is licensed on a concurrent user basis, not by the workstation. You are free to install the GRIP client on as many workstations as you want. You are limited by concurrent connections to the database. Most departments purchase one license for every 2 or 3 people that need access. If you have a 10 person gang unit, you will probably want 3 or 4 licenses. Licenses can be acquired in any increment. If you purchase 2 and need 3, you can buy one additional license at a later date. GRIP has the capability to release a user seat if a predefined limit of inactivity has been reached.
Any number of users can be licensed. Below are sample prices for common user configurations.
